Jill came the same year and is one of several characters in the series who doesn't even appear in most of the games. She hasn't even appeared in a mainline RE game story since 2009 in which she was non playable in the main campaign. ^ Edit: You can make a case for Relevations being mainline, in which case she was in 2012. But still. How does Lara have less longevity?
