Also, if the suicide rate pre-op and post-op are the same, then it clearly is not the solution. Other options need to be explored, but not having minors make life altering changes to their body of which they cannot fathom the concequences.

Everyone strugles with identity, that is part of growing up. But that should not equate to genderaffirming care, which is equally damaging as not providing that care.

We need better, less harmful solutions.
