I'm guessing those were suppose to be First Soldier characters but that game got canned before they could do anything for the story (if it was going to have one that is).

ah I was planning to get/play it but I don't think I could even carve any time out for it right now, too damn much going on... but if I put it off for a month I'll probably never get it which might also be for the best.

Supposedly the story is gonna be released at 1 chapter a month, so putting it off may not be too bad. But starting it right away may also put you at a fairly slow pace, which is probably good if you were to play the game casually for the story.

So hopefully the game isn't too demanding of your time.
