Virtual Boys had notoriously poor soldering for some of their screen connectors, so it's actually very common for one or both of the screens to be non-functional on most Virtual Boys these days, unless someone has taken it apart and repaired it. Monopoman posted... Play that thing for a few hours and you can easily get a headache, they even warn people from playing it for long periods in the instruction manual.
