Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson , essentially grew up together.
I would be hard pressed not to defend someone I knew for 35 years.
Not saying they made the right call..

But while most of you say, if they were family, you wouldn't give a crap..
Either you're a liar, or you don't actually love your family.

It's heartbreaking , and it's not that simple and easy for most people who love their family to watch them go away for ever...

I don't believe those who say they would cut ties so easily with family..... maybe if you were never on good terms.. but danny and ashton have essentially known each other since the 90s at this point, and they were not just colleagues, they seemed to develop a strong friendship.

None of this excuses what he did, and I personally can never understand forcing yourself on another sexually , so yes I believe he got what he deserved.
Just saying if it was your family, you would most likely not abandon them so easily..

he never would have gotten the death penalty over this.

that's not an eye for an eye.... while some might be alright with execution for rape, I don't believe in the death penalty , but if I did , it would warrant something far more extreme... ( again not saying what he did was not extreme.. but execution if I beleived in it, would have to be only for the most extreme cases)

we need better prison rehabilitation rather than just committing legal murder against criminals just because we don't know how to deal with/cure\rehabilitate them.
