You csnt just call it a criminal organization and shut it down tho. This isnt a comic book where one guy determines the folks or bad and wages a one man war. You have to prove it and use legislative action to take em down. And yes sometimes that's an inconvenience but the alternative is worse.

Its also unlikely to make the continued existence untenable. If it were that easy a whole lot of other worse organizations including ones that aren't religions, wouldn't still exist.

So you're really mad and find it fascist that NXIVM, The Manson Family, Koresh's Branch Davidians, Peoples Temple, etc were destroyed by the extensive crimes of their leaders?

I think they had coming what they got. That doesnt mean I didn't think there may have been some overreach in some of the methodology of outside powers to take em down. I think it could have been done with less loss of life in some of those instances.

You're getting close to saying we can't even go after the crimes if there's a risk it can destroy the entire operation.

Id prefer you go after the CRIMINALS.
