Some of these Coppers are just a little too inhuman, that they may as well be fascist corporate aliens in disguise sent down to pacify the human livestock. Saying something like "limited value" seems more in line with fiscal quarter beancounting of slaves and peasants. Like saying, "Eh she died, so what.
