Nissan, why do you need... any of this? And why would you need to provide (any of) this to business partners?

If it was strictly for internal analytics to understand who exactly is buying their vehicles and what accessibility or design changes they may want to implement or change, then whatever.

But why is any of this eligible to shared with businesses partners/for a business purpose?

(I personally believe in very strict Data Protection, but unfortunately no one else in this world really does and will often sell theirs for the chance of a flash wallpaper, or the chance of jailing some nebulous criminal whom doesn't exist.)
