The court has given them 10 days to find up to 3 people to handle the dissolution of all of their companies that are incorporated in New York. His lawyers also got sanctioned for making frivolous claims in court. The trial next week is still supposed to happen because the judge only made a summary judgement in a part of the state's case, but this is the core of what the state was suing Trump and his adult children for.
