Seele rerun is in the second half. Both her and her LC banner are totally seperate, which I guess is a big deal to Genshin fans? They both share 4*s with Topaz though. Numby's treasure hunting ability is a passive and doesn't cost skill points. Guinaifen's Talent is called PatrAeon Benefits which is worth pulling on its own.
