.......Are you being serious right now? I'm not disputing that they're neoliberal AF, that's one place where we agree. I'm disputing that they're Scandinavian socialists or welfare state capitalists. You said they are Nordic model politicians, they're absolutely not. They're neoliberals. Neoliberalism and Scandinavian socialist/Nordic model capitalism are two different things. None of those politicians support a wealth tax, the world's highest rates of unionization, publicly provided healthcare with a highly marginalized private sector, far higher real minimum wages, high taxes, public pensions, far higher rates of public ownership of assets, etc etc etc. Neoliberalism is not what made these countries rich, it's a later development that sought to manage wealth that already existed. --- I gotta be righteous, I gotta be me, I gotta be conscious, I gotta be free, I gotta be able, I gotta attack, I gotta be stable, I gotta be black. ...
