People should be nice to each other, but it does get annoying when people confuse being nice at your job as someone as a friend. I'm professional and can't really tell a customer "you know you're annoying and picky, but it's our job to be okay with it".
Hopefully your barber is your friend, otherwise you might be confusing them with someone trying to make tips

Haha I didnt mean to force the friend label on anyone, that's why I said it's like that. But I feel like with a barber or hairstylist or whatever, You're there for potentially so long and it's quite an intimate act if you think about it. So why not shoot the shit and have good talks?

Of course I do realize not everyone is like me that way and may prefer to just keep still and not talk. But it does make the time go by faster I feel like and...less awkward lol
