Topic	What Pokemon should I use on my playthrough of Pokemon Fire Red?

Chan's elemental punches are special attack in nature, and its special attack is garbage. Chan would be much better in HGSS because of the split. Right, I keep selectively remembering and forgetting that. Gen 4 online play is my mental default setting for Pokemon.
