But given how scummy Wall's D1 and D2 were - and my N2 reread of him from a town perspective got me thinking he was most assuredly scum - I'd think he course-corrected D3 and that's why he was making more sense at that time. Between the two, it feels more in IGCD's town wheelhouse to lie about his powers being weaker to make scum shit the brick, so I'm apt to believe IGCD is town and Wall is not. changmas posted... so the ability was roleblocked? lol No I think that's implying that he got to see his own visitors or something? --- Help control the pet population.
