Topic	When did your knees betray you?
kage_53 10/16/23 4:46:14 PM #21:	When I was 28. I got diagnosed with patellafemoral pain syndrome on my left knee. I get a huge dull pain if I sit down and I have to extend my legs. I also get it from walking on stairs. I had physical therapy for it but it comes back about 5-6 months later every time.
