I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. We're talking about a specific event and I think it is more likely that Joe Biden is being truthful than that a terrorist organization is being truthful. Some people appear to disagree.

You suggested that if we don't believe Israel, we must assume that Palestine is who we're believing by default.

But, frankly, given the IDF claiming credit for the hospital, deleting it, Biden saying he saw pictures of decapitated babies, then his state dept saying no... when Biden says his state department agrees with Israel's new version of events, it's kind of sus.

(Above and beyond all the many domestic reasons and repercussions that the optics of saying Israel rocketed a hospital would cause.)

There's a big pile of precedent for giving the side eye and very little benefit of the doubt to the US toeing Israel's line on entirely too much.

I'm going to remain deeply skeptical until I start seeing some credentialed and respected news outlets being able to report on actual facts in evidence about the hospital.
