Well not all pitbulls are bad, but they are more dangerous if not raised correctly, which many arent since people use them as guard dogs, fighting or just to look tough. Also just negligence.What most people don't understand is that pitbulls were bred by men and women over a very long time that put in a lot of effort for them to do a very specific thing. True game dogs It doesn't matter how you raise them. Always expect a game dog to fight. Most people shouldn't own these dogs. I have experience with these dogs for over 25 years. Also, most people have never even seen a true pit dog in real life. These are the facts sir. How you raise them makes absolutely zero difference. Just the fact that someone had an aggressive unpredictable dog off leash is very irresponsible. Also no dog is bad. It's just how they are. You don't call a tiger who mauls someone, bad tiger!
