I'm not sure I like the character a lot as a personality but his role in the story is super interesting so I have a lot of respect for his scheming and ambitions. Very good character though lacking a Lopen factor to make me really love him. Seifer - 8 Zantetsuken Reverse probably gives him a point entirely on its own. He's pretty good as an angry rival type. One of the better characters in FF8 and I like that he never officially joins the party even though he totally could have. General Leo - 5.5 The fight with Kefka is cool. I think replacing Cyan with him straight improves the game. As is he just doesn't do enough for me to like him much. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! ...
