If you've run into these kind of people before in your life then you know exactly what I mean. Vampires from movies and TV shows aren't real but emotional vampires exist and Jada is one of them. If you don't know what an emotional vampire is, it's someone who gaslights, manipulates, or uses other emotionally controlling tactics to diminish another person. Whether they do this intentionally or not, emotional vampires often leave others feeling depressed, anxious, and insecure.
