Describe an object in close detail Write a 100 word character sketch Explain how something works Write 200 words on the last song you heard Write a joke Write a letter to a local newspaper Create a menu of puns for a themed restaurant That kind of thing. if you get blocked, have a look into Brian Eno's 'Oblique Strategies'.
