while checking out on new dialogue, I run into Olivier, who is just enjoying the Testaments bar. It's rare to find the solution of a quest before I'm even given the quest

I was gonna say "you are not tricking anyone" but Kilika pulled the same play a game ago and it worked

the cops don't buy it, but they pretend they do

we go back to Downtown street to grab Olivier, only to meet (yet another) gang fight. But don't worry, a bard arrives to stop the fight with the power of music

One does not find Olivier. Olivier finds you.

He then proceeds with his usual routine. But unfortunately...

The goofy bard from Sky meets the gritty realism from the Crossbell games. Because he picked the roof of a weapons smuggler to play music on, and her daughter is a badass

Olivier then escapes from the party with a "hey look whats that" play and I'm astounded this has worked TWICE in the same game

we meet Grace, who reveals she still knows more about the plot than she lets on

I love these interactions

next quest is another fight, against the two female bracers, Lynn and Aeolia

it's tough as hell, mostly because Aeolia, who is a doctor, spams a healing craft

also Lynn hits hard and has a bunch of Zin's skills, plus deathblow, while Aeolia spams mute, seal, sleep and poison too

fortunately there doesn't seem to be an AI picking Aeolia's skills so eventually she spends too much time without healing

we go into Ilya's house for some very lesbian cutscene. Nuff said

I go to the church and catch Ries clearly plotting something

we are treated to Olivier dancing with a guy in a cat suit in all its sprite glory. That's the sentence.

we complete the quest, and are treated to a scene where Olivier and Mueller reveal a little more of their plotting with the Liberl duo
