The Jacqui hate on the MK11 board was unreal. Very thinly veiled racism. I remember one post went like this "No one hates Jacqui because she's black. We hate her because she's a bad character." Literally two posts later, someone said something like "I hate Jacqui because she has that sassy, black women attitude." The next post from a different user after that was something like "Jacqui is stereotypical ghetto trash." Jacqui is neither sassy nor ghetto. In fact, Cassie Cage was way sassier than her.

I was excited for MK1, so I was frequenting the board. The amount of toxic & racist shit directed at Tanya was just insane though, I stopped browsing there because I got tired of seeing it.
