Scorsese literally rewrote the script because he realized it was too much from the perspective of a white person, and would literally "pass the mic" to the tribe it involves so they were telling it from their own narrative. Of course right-wingers hate this because they think white men are entitled to saving everybody from their problems while denying they're the cause of them. Anyways, can't wait to see it.
