Crudely, we need to encourage more safe premarital sex. More nuanced, we need to construct more environments where young people can interact in person (not on screens) and naturally start to find matches, with time and space to experiment socially, minimizing life-changing consequences at ages where brains are still forming. It includes "free" periods at schools. It includes coed sports teams, arts programs, and high-achieving academic programs ("honors" classes). It means encouraging more girls in STEM classes. It means encouraging more boys wherever they might be underrepresented. It means supporting gender diversity, sexuality diversity, and neuro-diversity.
