Imagine being willing to go to prison because you can't get over your irrational hatred for a group of people JK Rowling knows she will never personally go to prison for her speech, even if she were to directly incite violence she will personally never face consequences for her speech whether you believe she deserves them, or if people in less of a privileged position would actually be jailed for breaking similar speech laws.
