You are being incredibly vindictive when you constantly come into these topics and start making statements like that. If you want to go ahead and say those things against evangelicals who preach hate? By all means, more power to you. But there are people who genuinely use faith and spirituality for positivity. Stop shitting on that.

Comparing God to an elf like you did earlier in this topic is even worse. It's disingenuous and shows you aren't actually taking the time to read what people say. You'd rather shout your take over and over again until someone feels as bad as you do about God and denounces him. It ain't going to work chief.

This is what I'm talking about. It's just supposed to be "obvious" to me why believing in God is different than elves, or how God obviously didn't invent cancer and can't get rid of it. But it isn't obvious to me. No one actually tries to explain it. No one shows empirical evidence. And then it's all "even if there was proof, you wouldn't believe it". I wouldn't have to believe then. It would just be.

It doesn't even make sense for you to say it would be okay for me to question the validity of religions if I was talking to some hateful evangelical, but rude and unacceptable anywhere else. It's okay to insult religions if you do it to bad people?
