Surprised this isn't a movie yet I mean we already had Freddy VS Jason. Anyway, personally I am leaning toward Freddy. Michael is basically a straightforward killbot and a good rep of an "emotionless" type of evil. However, kids seem off the table for him for the most part (I could be wrong as there a lot of Halloween movies and timelines. I think he messed up teenagers before but not little kids who he sometimes "interacted" with and ultimately left be). Freddy is way more sadistic, has fun tormenting his victims, and kids are fair/preferred game. I guess there was his Goldbergs cameo that could mess with his rating if you count that but yeah. I think in this particular match, Freddy enjoying it makes him a bit worse versus Michael's apathy. Plus, how he goes about it. If you gave Michael Freddy's powers, I doubt he'd do much different.
