Weak nutrient low bodies being put under signifigant continious stress and repetitve motions. Medical intervention is often far too late because healthcare is too expensive and our work culture is bad.
America has this obession with not sitting while working which is bad. Like yes please don't sit your entire shift but holy fuck don't stand for 8+ straight hour. Also breaks are not sufficient and properly encouraged or enforced.
