Just a blanket statement here but it's amazing how many don't understand how the world works.

Why do people expect to get everything for free? With cable you both had ads and had to pay monthly. Why would you all think anyone should run YouTube for free? Would you? Google is a business and they're in it for a profit. That's simply how the world works. And they do pay their content creators btw. Not a lot, sure, but still better than even the ad revenue.

Obviously I'm going to get comments about me boot licking for simply understanding a corporation doesn't want to do anything for free.

Google didn't do that. The viewers and the creators did. Here's our thanks. Pay us 200 a year for nothing other than what we've let you have free for 15 years. Thx for making us billions btw. Now fuck you pay us.
