they don't even want to help themselves. fortunately there is a place for these types of criminals who cannot function in a civilized society and would rather break the law and victimize people just to get what they want. it's called prison.

Indeed, and if they lived in a country with a living wage and affordable housing, there'd be a lot less of them in prison and a lot more of them out working and contributing to the economy.
