At this point, no reason to treat it differently to any other illness, especially given that most people are vaccinated and the vast majority of those who are not have had plenty of opportunity to change that. If you wouldn't go out with flu, don't go out with covid. If you would, go for it.

That's what's different between 2020 and now. We no longer need to be minimizing number of cases as aggressively as possible.
Im in this boat; just treating COVID like any other illness. Going to try to stay inside, but if I have to go (like car inspection), going to mask up and just stay away from people in the waiting room // wait outside.
