| Giant_Aspirin 11/03/23 10:23:28 AM #8: | it's for passing. if you are not actively passing someone to your right, you should get over. the only reasonable exception to this is heavy traffic in a city, but when that happens you're most likely passing the right lane by going the speed limit.
