imo the Outer Wilds DLC didn't end up amazing compared to the main game but it's good. The others are worth playing more. You could also try Hotline first just to get it out of the way. It's def style but lots of substance too. Only thing is it might not have aged the best. But it's a landmark in games history. Oh Stanley is ridiculously good too. This is a good set of games.
