Yes, it's (just) under a year until the presidential election, but for Democrats, Kentucky (Beshear notwithstanding), Mississippi, and Ohio are tough cards to have in your hand, especially in an off-year. And the epic shenanigans in Ohio have drawn national attention. NY & NJ, I expect to return to more normal patterns (for them): Liberal Democrats and/or Centrist Republicans.
