Base Steel Works Sizzle - [blank line here if additional contents after] Base is most assuredly not basic. It is simply and purely fun. It makes me want to hang out with whoever's base this is; I know I'd be in for a good time. Dodo's lair has an interesting intro, but sorta chills for ten seconds before unleashing the melody. And what a melody it is. I really like the countermelody here too, it just plays with the main melody in that great way a good countermelody does. That said, I do have one complaint: I think it needed to land into something broad after the fast section, rather than just looping. It makes the song feel incomplete. "Inactivated Frozen" is a very strange title. Software cannot freeze if it's inactive? As for the song itself, I think the rhythm overpowers the actual melody in a way that's really unfortunate. I might have liked the song, otherwise. Sizzly is such a surfer song that it kinda urks me? But I still enjoy it more. I refuse to vote in the third match and am frustrated this was the choice.
