I went with the unraid route and built a NAS with it, then installed the plex docker on unraid. This is much harder, but youtube has many guides that explains step by step on how to do it. Yeah that sounds a bit over my head but something I could figure out. I need to try it from my PC before I go all in to see if it's something I like.
