MDs/DOs on the other hand gets slapped by administration everyday for even asking a 1 cent raise. It is a great time to be an RN. No risks involved if you don't do stupid shit like give the wrong meds etc. Also, RN has a lot of room for growth to become administration and have an alphabet of letters after their name and admins love that shit. Coming from personal experience.
