Calvin's weakness is illustrated here in that he's a bit too much "evil businessman" to be competitive with the higher tiers. It's not so much a matter of imagination as utility. Calvin will be as cruel as he can be but it's always tied to some sort of dominance play or making money through exploitation-- his cruelty always has a self serving point in his mind. I just don't think he would find it worth his time to want to do a lot of stuff this other character is said to do. --- No problem!
