If its all hearsay testimony it wouldnt necessarily be fair to do anything to punish your brother at this point from their perspective. They probably deal with people making up stuff quite often, although you know youre telling the truth and have suffered his verbal and emotional abuse for years. That is why you might need to just remove yourself from these people and keep some permadistance away from them. Especially if you think he might make good on any of those threats.
