Topic	Have you ever made Thanksgiving dinner.

I always reference Alton Brown's method of turkey prep each time before I shove that bad boy in the oven and it comes out great each time. Pretty sure he has a method for deep frying it too, so you might want to check that out before you get started. One thing I know for sure he talks about is displacement, cause holy shit don't forget to account for the mass of the turkey when you're heating up that pot of boiling oil cause that shit could burn your house down if you do. --- Who is?
