Which game had the highest highs of excitement and lowest lows of quality? Mines gotta be Sonic The Hedgehog 4. Them having the balls to name it that already came with massive expectations, and not only does the game have garbage physics that feel nothing like how Sonic should feel, the game has less characters, abilities, levels, features and details than the 1994 Sega Genesis game Sonic 3 & Knuckles. --- You, take a bump.
