Topic	Teens who beat classmate to death arrested and charged

Criminal charges, though, unless there's evidence the parents had an active involvement, is just trying to throw blind revenge anywhere, without caring about the concept of justice. Awful kids can still come from great, supportive parents. Prison, regardless if you think its purpose is for revenge or rehabilitation, is a way to make sure people can't be a danger for a period of time to the general public.
