In case it gets shrunk too small to read, here's the recipe in all it's magnificence:

Spam Italiano
1 12oz can SPAM
Mozzarella cheese, bulk or pre-sliced
1 cup catsup (or tomato sauce, 8 oz can)
1/2 tsp oregano
dash garlic powder

Preheat over to 400. Place SPAM load in pie pan. Cut into 5 equal slices. Cut cheese to fit between SPAM slices. Hold together with toothpicks. Mix the rest of the ingredients together; pour over the top. Bake 20 minutes at 400. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

This doesn't sound too bad, if you used actual pasta sauce or something and not catsup.

Only a 1/2 tsp of oregano and a dash of garlic powder; don't want to make it too spicy!
