Naga/Tia isn't as strict as Blanc/Noir. I used Liter/Pepper/Tia in the previous solo raid.

Blanc/Noir are practically inseparable though (never mind that I use Blanc only in PVP). If you can only get one, Noir is better standalone, but Blanc's buffs are too good to pass up. Just that having them separate means that Blanc only gets to buff everyone once every 60 seconds instead of 20.

On that note, Pepper and Jackal are good B1 units to have. Soda and Mary to a lesser degree, since their heals aren't as good as Pepper, but any healer can be useful.

For B2, Rupee (for Iron teams) and Biscuit (for defender teammates) need specific team setups to let them shine, while Admi's reload buff is just good to have in general.

B3 is a stacked tier, so it's hard to go wrong with it, especially since one of the better ones (Privaty) is free. As long as they aren't from Elysion or their name isn't Crow, you're pretty set with whoever for a while.
