-I hack at the elevator door a couple of times and it starts leaking black ooze, which Im told is not normal for elevators to leak.
-Nurse: holy shit you're awake! Aw man it was all a dream. Lame. Although I kind of guessed at that based on the description of the game and the warning I got up front about hospitalization and self harm, so it wasnt much of a surprise.
-Something weird got me in here. Maybe self harm based on the pre-game warning, but I'm not sure. There are a couple of questions that dont seem to matter based on the responses I give anyway. Ramon is the nurses name and he gives me a vague rundown of what happened.
-Ramon keeps going like hey you should try walking and Elly is like Im going to pass out and die and hes like aw go ahead and try for me. Whered you get your nursing degree from because I feel like two seconds from waking up from a coma isnt time to test your leg strength time.
-Ok he leaves to get the doctor and I can look around the room. Literally look as I cant leave the bed. On account of the trauma. Stupid Ramon.
-I look around the room some and check out the tv, but pain starts and I have to figure out the how to use the call button to get more drugs puzzle.
-I keep checking around once thats under control and check my texts to see my friend Cassie has been checking on me. Theres a brief text exchange where I find out the neighbors were worried about me because I apparently went crazy and kept asking them if anyone was looking for me. So maybe not self harm? The game wasnt super clear and I just made that assumption based on the pre-game warning. Interesting.
-There was some loud noise and then they found me unresponsive in the kitchen. Or ptfo as Cassie so eloquently put it.
-Cassie is working a double but will stop by after to check on me. Good friend Cassie.
-She says she wouldve assumed I got mixed up with the wrong people if not for the fact I was boring as hell and dont do anything. Less good friend Cassie.
-Well I can check the gram too, which I wouldve thought was trademarked or something but maybe this game is small enough they assume no one will care.
-Nothing. Janet had her baby. Cool. Good job Janet.
-No point in checking again. Im just doomscrolling at this point. Well uh yeah that is what you do on Instagram, duh.
-Well the only other thing I can do is ask for drugs to help me sleep so I guess Ill do that.
-Elly complains her chest feels funny and Ramon responds with Yeah these drugs are pretty godlike, ngl. Ramon I swear you have to take this more seriously or Im going to ask for another nurse you scab.
-Elly: Diddid you just say ngl out loud? Wow great question Elly. See Ramon, Elly is seconds away from a drug induced coma and she still knows youre an idiot.
-Raymond: -rn like a long black snake with a bloody mouth. Uh, nevermind. You can go back to the ngl speak if you want, friend.
-Well I once again wake up somewhere weird I dont recognize. Third time in twenty minutes, Elly.
-Uh. Now Im a kid? An abused kid? I keep getting told by momma I got to start the water and bad stuff will happen if I dont.
-Give me a second here guys Ive been in this world for five seconds and dont know how to start the water.
-Ok I leave the room and they tell me I have to prime the pump, apparently. Guess I can go do that.
-So I investigate around a little and find the step stool I need to get the bucket which I can get the water from the creek with to get the pump going. And I also find a bunch of evidence mom is an abusive alcoholic. I miss sci-fi world.
-I go back inside and notice mom is gone, so Elly thinks this is a good time to dump the alcohol from the cabinet into the creek. Im sure nothing bad will happen.
-I actually dont get caught by mom which is what I assumed would happen, but I slip into the whirlpool in the creak and drown. Slightly creepy picture of drowning child included.
-Hey I get my wish! I think? I think Im back in sci-fi world now but slightly distorted.
-More crazy text where the computer terminal used to be. The Eye is indiscriminate. The flaming sword carves out being, asserting its bloody right to existence. The Eye cannot be closed, and the fire has no sense of friend from foe
-Elly: You know what? Fuck this. Honestly most realistic reaction.
-Elly: No, fuck you. Just let me out. I dont care anymore. Mm hmm. Yep. Same. Tell the weird elevator, Elly.
-Oh the door to the elevator just opens. Apparently I just had to yell at it.
-Ok I grab a knife out of the hand of the body that used to be the crewmate guy. Im sure this will come in handy soon in a stab the door open kind of way.
-Oh, so the door didnt *totally* open. It just a little opened. When I look at it now though I can use my knife.
