She's not great at healing and that mode is just for emergencies or for when you're going around the overworld. Unless she's C6 she pretty much always wants Golden Troupe with HP goblet, crit hat, and either HP or ER sands depending on how much energy she'll need in the team you put her in. Noelle can use either Husk or Marechaussee Hunter since you'll run her with Furina.
