Kid Klown is arguably decent-ish but if you asked whether you should play it, I'd probably tell you to skip it unless you're a die hard fan for 8-bit platformers. On the other hand, I'd absolutely take Kid Klown over Dragon Warrior or Urban Champion and those are above both.
