This little fucker just HAD to settle down near my appendix and make me think I had something else. I probably got it from eating out. A distant family member sent us a Doordash card, so me and my brother went out to various places, and one of them probably gave me the infection. Probably the Japanese place that served these damn good rice and meat dishes.
