No. They're void of creativity and only server to mess up the former series. Samurai Jack is only acceptable because it never got to finish and get to the logical conclusion.

same can be said for Star Wars. story didn't really end with Return of the Jedi. the Empire didn't 100% collapse just cause they killed the Emperor. there was still an entire government that existed. And anyone who knows about the Star Wars lore, knows that you can never defeat the dark side forever. the galaxy is a cycle of light side and dark side ruling back and forth.
