I would like to see this alternate universe TC lives in where Lord Of The Rings was never a huge phenomenon. it actually wasn't until the Peter Jackson movies. most people didn't read the books. or watch the obscure animated movies from like the 80's I think. If you grew up in the 80s you would see that dungeons and dragons and magic and elves and orcs and goblins were a huge thing. I did.
